The UKRAINIAN CULTURAL CENTER of CLEVELAND was founded on May 4, 1963 on the initiative of Mykhailo Khronoviat and Mykola Bihun and Incorporated in the State of Ohio on September 18, 1963 with thirty charter Members.
The new U.C.C.C. board established a Ukrainian Credit Union for the benefit of its members. "OSNOVA" was incorporated on April 4, 1964 and opend its doors for business at 4446 State Road in Cleveland, Ohio.
In 1966 "OSNOVA" relocated to 4436 State Road, where it remained for the next twenty years when it moved to 5939 State Road Parma, Ohio in November 1986.
In July 2006 we moved to our NEW LOCATION at 5602 State Road that will allow "OSNOVA" to provide BRAND NEW MERCHANT CREDIT CARD SERVICES with the same friendly atmosphere that our members have grown to expect.
